Orthodontics is a branch of dentistry that specializes in the diagnosis, prevention and treatment of dental and facial irregularities. The practice of orthodontics requires professional skill in the design, application and control of correcive appliances (braces) to bring teeth, lips and jaws into proper alignment and to achieve facial balance as the jaw structure grows and develops.

Dr. Scott Ralph
A native of the Inland Northwest, Dr. Scott Ralph was raised in Post Falls, where he graduated valedictorian from Lakeland High School in 1986. After graduating summa cum laude with a degree in chemistry from UC San Diego, Dr. Ralph finished at the top of his class at the highly regarded School of Dentistry at the University of Michigan. He also completed his residency in Orthodontics at the University of Michigan. Outgoing and outdoorsy, Dr. Ralph loves people and adventure. He snowboards, water-skis, hikes, backpacks and does just about anything else that allows him to njoy the natural beauty of our region. He is devoted to his family and particularly enjoys time spent with his son Max. |

Sheli is our most recent full time addition to the pharmacy staff. She is on of our receptionists and greets all of our patients with her warm smile and friendly personality. Sheli was born in Hillsboro, OR and lived in Portland, OR for over 30 years. She moved to Spokane with her husband and her daughter Shayla. When she is not working she enjoys bass fishing, bingo, beading, reading and spending time with her cats, her family and her friends. |
