About Us

At Elite Physical and Sports Therapy, we provide physical therapy services to individuals of all ages.

These services include orthopedic and sports physical therapy, treatment for acute and work-related injuries, as well as post operative rehabilitation.

Some of the specific services provided include:  ACL rehab, post-operative knee and shoulder rehab, post operative spinal rehab, neck and shoulder pain, low back pain, headaches, ankle sprains, sports specific rehabilitation, work related as well as automobile accidents.

We are dedicated to treating the individual patient - identifying the true dysfunction, not only treating the injury and symptoms, but helping to alleviate any other contributing factors.

Our rehabilitation philosophy is geared toward returning an individual to an active state - providing them with the skills and information to achieve a functional as well as a pain free lifestyle.  We are committed to treat every patient like an athlete - whether that goal is to help them return to the playing field, return to their work environment, or just enjoying an active lifestyle.

We will offer flexible scheduling, and will go above and beyond to ensure our patients are completely satisfied with the care provided by Elite's staff.  We offer a state-of-the-art facility, located in the Wandermere Professional Park, and have access to several types of exercise equipment allowing patients to constantly progress and return to a healthy state. Our functional exercise progressions will specifically train a patient to not only achieve maximal range of motion and strength at a joint, but will train specific movement patterns that will prepare a patient for their daily activities.

Call us today at 465 - 2139 and find out how we can help bring out the athlete in you!
